Background
The client, a full-time resident of a villa in Javea, wanted to lower his electricity bills while also securing a solid return on investment (ROI).
After being referred to us, the client decided to install solar to achieve both savings and long-term value. The expected annual electricity bill after installation is just €20 (the standing charge), a significant reduction from the previous bill.

Installation
The client had specific requests for the installation, particularly regarding the inverter's location. He wanted to keep the inverter high up and out of reach of children. As a result, our team mounted it in a secure and accessible location. Additionally, the client’s consumer unit was outdated and unable to accommodate the new trip switches. We replaced the old unit with a modern, compliant one to ensure the safety and functionality of the system.
Results
The system has been performing well, and the client switched to a virtual battery to optimise their energy usage further. The expected break-even period for the system is 4 years, offering long-term savings and increased energy independence. As an electrical engineer, the client was particularly satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the installation, choosing us over another company for the project.
